 Transactions will be published by the beginning of the seminar. They will contain both full articles and abstracts. Original papers in English on Seminar topics are solicited (about 6 - 8 pages long). Authors should submit an electronic version by March 15, 2004 to the Local Organizing Committee. Submission should be in Latex, using the standard one-column article style at 11 pt character size with the page A4 The following templates for the full articles and abstracts can be used. All papers will be reviewed and the authors will be notified regarding acceptance.

 The Organizing Committee will publish the proceedings of the seminar in three volumes of the Stability Problems for Stochastic Models series of the Journal of Mathematical Sciences (Kluwer - Plenum, NewYork - London). The papers for the proceedings should not exceed 15 pages and may be submitted in the form of the articles sent for Transactions in advance, or they can be presented directly at the Seminar (either in electronic or paper version), or after the Seminar untill December 31, 2004 by e-mail. Selected papers of applicational type will be published in special issues of Journal Automatic Control and Computer Sciences (Allerton Press, INC.).
