RigaTechGirls & Accenture ensures scholarships in IT studies for 80 women


Non-governmental organization RigaTechGirls, in close cooperation with an Information Technology (IT) company Accenture, launches scholarships program called She Goes Tech to provide 80 women

with the necessary skills to start a career in the IT industry.

During IT training, 80 Accenture scholarship recipients will have the opportunity to learn programming languages such as Java, JavaScript and Scala under the guidance of RigaTechGirls. The training will take place for two months, 3 - 4 times a week, mainly in the evenings and on weekends, so it will also be suitable for employed people or students. During the training program also are planned workshops with industry professionals.

Women of any age, with little or no existing technology knowledge, but an interest in technologies, who are motivated to learn coding and other new things are welcome to apply!


Requirements for applying

  • Analytical skills
  • Intermediate or higher level of English
