Guest lectures in computer science by Shahaboddin Shamshirband
From November 4 till November 9 at the Transport and Telecommunication Institute (TSI) will be guest lectures in the course “Unstructured Data Analysis” led by Shahaboddin Shamshirband from Norway. Dr Shamshirband has PhD degree in Computer Science, he is a PostDoc researcher in Data and Artificial Intelligence (DART) group in Norwegian University of Science and Technology, as well as visiting professor at Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU), Vietnam.
Dr Shamshirband is a senior researcher at OPEN AI Lab of NTNU to work on StartIoT Telenor projects (developing prototypes of future IoT solutions), and Head of Machine learning lab (Iran), which is a data analytics consulting company, providing a broad range of services and in solutions in enterprise transformation using the data science technologies.

Quest professors are invited to cooperate with Transport and Telecommunication Institute in the frame of the European Union Social Fund project “Strengthening Transport and Telecommunication Institute Academic Staff in the Areas of Strategic Specialisation” (No 126.96.36.199/18/A/011).
The total cost of the two-year project is 676,083.35 euros, of which the European Social Fund supports 574,670.85 euros (85%), and the state budget amounts to 101,412.50 euros (15%).
