Dreams Come True: 3 Applicants for RoboLogic Ltd Grants are chosen
The famous French philosopher and writer Luc de Clapiers de Vauvenargues has written: " What a person dreams about, almost never comes true."
But at the Transport and Telecommunication Institute this statement was denied. The best three applicants for the Professional Bachelor's Program Robotics were awarded with study grants. Candidates were selected by the public competition procedure, where were rated grades, results of participating in Olympiads and other achievements, and of course - the motivation of the candidates! After the interviews were selected the best of the best candidates!
“The number of applications for the new Robotics study program is significant, and it is a pleasure to see the program is highly appreciated! We chose three young people who showed a high level of motivation and, as they themselves admitted, robotics is their dream! ”
Mihails Savrasovs, Dean of Computer Science and Telecommunication Faculty
The unique study programme Robotics was developed in close cooperation with the representatives of Latvian and International companies which made it possible to create the programme in line with the knowledge and skills demanded in the industry labor market. The study program is supported by Ltd RoboLogic, which has been offering internships, guest lectures, professional courses for students for several years. Company participates in the implementation of the program and supports young people by offering grants, which cover tuition fee for all study period.
“We were pleasantly surprised by the strong interest in the new Robotics program. But competition is competition, and we were able to support only 3 applications for grant. We would like that grants support the best and most talented applicants, who would like to engage their future with robots. And we are very happy that we can help make their dreams come true!"
