Department activity is oriented to the training of system analysts who have a solid basis of the computer knowledge and who can freely orientate in the certain applied field of the human activity.
The system analyst develops the computer solutions of the higher complexity tasks. He formalizes a task, creates its mathematical model and algorithm of the solution that is foreseen for the realization on the computer.
In the process of operation he carries out the analysis of the task solution efficiency and improves its realization. The ultimate result of his activity is the analysis of the situations and their forecasting to the future, development of the optimal solutions on this basis (is used to speak about the research of the operations - commercial, financial, technical, medical, military).
