The analysis of the situation in Vilnius city shows that the problem of public transport system sustainability by the way to develop integrated and friendly to passengers system is very complicate. It is necessary to form the attractive public route system for passengers due to the integrated service market of all urban transport modes, and to form useful conditions for the own car usage. The regular route public transport system has serious competition from the side of individually own vehicles. The expanding car fleet and the increasing transport mobility pose increasingly serious traffic problems. Obviously, it is important to support the public transport system, and combine it with travelling by cars in Vilnius city. The priority is given to improvement of infrastructure, modernization of traffic management and control system, balance of public transport service with the car usage in the city and suburbs. LINKS AND NODES APPROACH ON FREIGHT ROUTING Andrius Jarzhemskis Vilnius Gediminas Technical University
To model the factors determining the goods traffic along the logistical channels located in various geopolitical regions on the basis of the transport network is the purpose of this article. The attention is focused on theoretical presumption of routing. In this modelling the factors, which determine the formation of the goods flow along the subsystems of the entire logistical system from the geopolitical point of view are defined. The competitiveness of a logistical channel is determined by its technological, economical, legal characteristics as well as the length of the entire channel. The states, having the model provided, can evaluate the characteristics of the elements of the logistical channel and seek for the optimum ways to improve them. While planning the allocation of investments to improve the characteristics of separate elements of a logistical channel, it is a matter of utmost importance to consider the characteristics and their prospects of the entire logistical channel, part of which stretches along the other states. It is very important for the Baltic States, which are situated at the intersection of transit goods flows and logistical channels. Keywords: routing, goods flows,
links, nodes.

OPTIMISATION OF OPERATIONAL ROUTING FOR SUPPLY CHAIN ON THE BASIS OF GENETIC ALGORITHMS Alexander Grakovski, Anatoly Ressin, Alexander Medvedev Transport and
Telecommunication Institute
The concept and model of computerized intelligent system of operative supply chain planning for small and average business (SME) is offered. As the example, the supply chain of one goods item in the large city with the planning of daily service of current demands is considered taking into account the execution of terms of supply in time. The main idea of the concept is the two-level planning: rough and precise. The first level of planning is in the decision of modifies ?vehicle routing problem? in the three-dimensional, time including, network of micro-districts (clusters, cells) connected by ?gates?, by using hybrid genetic algorithms (GA). For the more detailed planning it is possible to use the second (precise) level of the system, where the methods of dynamic programming (DP) within the geometrical routes are used. Keywords: intelligent system, supply chain, vehicle
route planning, optimisation, dynamic programming, genetic algorithms.
PERFECTION OF A TECHNIQUE OF GATHERING OF THE INITIAL DATA ON PARAMETERS OF TRAFFIC FLOWS Dzianis Kapski, Dmitry Rozhansky Белорусский национальный технический университет
In the article the recommendations on reception of the initial data on such parameter of a traffic flows as intensity of movement are given. It is determined, that the error of definition of a parameter of intensity of movement depends on quantity of gauging and their duration. There are determined: duration of gauging, their number, a parameter of intensity of movement. Keywords:the initial
organizations of traffic given for optimization, intensity of movement of
transport and pedestrians, an estimation of an error, finding of a parameter of
intensity, a choice of a mode of carrying out of gauging.
APPLICATION OF THE METHODS OF SPEED LIMIT IN CITIES Dzianis Kapski, Antonina Korzhova Белорусский национальный технический университет In the article questions of application of the methods of speed limit are considered due to town-planning and a lay-out of actions. The detailed analysis of the application of artificial roughness in the largest years is given by the example of Minsk. Some recommendations on arrangement of the dangerous places by artificial roughness are proposed. Keywords: safety of traffic, methods of speed limit in cities,

DETERMINATION OF THE ROUTE OF INTERNATIONAL CARGO TRANSPORTATION Uladzimir Sedziukevich, Annа Abilova, Sergey Azemsha, Maxim Vinnik Белорусский национальный технический университет The task concerned is to determine the route of international road cargo transportation. Several criteria are proposed on the basis of which the route can be chosen for small and lots cargo transportation. There is an example of defining the route of international cargo transportation in lots. There is proposed a general scheme of the transportation of small cargo. The method of interacting between carriers and forwarders while developing the routes of international road cargo transportation is investigated. Keywords: cargo, international route, transportation,
determination, small cargo, lots cargo
OPTIMISING
THE ROUTE OF INTERNATIONAL CARGO TRANSPORTATION WITH NO ADMITTED PARAMETERS Uladzimir Sedziukevich, Oleg Holupau Белорусский национальный технический университет The purpose of the work is to optimise the distribution of total factual cargo weight on axels of vehicle and movement route while using towing vehicle or (and) heavyweight road vehicle. Optimality criterion and calculation model for defining axels loads of artic with semi trailer were proposed. To take decision for selection of the movement route and goods location in vehicle there is a general algorithm for calculating the total amount of payments for movement of towing or (and) heavy road vehicle. There is an example of decision-making for choosing the location of the centre of mass of goods in vehicle. The realization of the results makes it possible to reduce total amount of payments for movement road vehicle on the territories of different countries while making international cargo transportations.
